What they do: Logisticians analyze and coordinate an organization’s supply chain—the system that moves a product from supplier to consumer. They manage the entire life cycle of a product, which includes how a product is acquired, distributed, allocated, and delivered.

Where they work: All industries, but especially manufacturing and the federal government. Everybody needs logisticians!

Primary strength: Organizer. If you’re good at multitasking, keeping track of details, and working a pretty intense, fast-paced job without getting stressed, then logistical work might be a career for you.
